A feast for your eyes and heart.

A Firm Foundation for the Weary Woman

By Jessica Stewart

“Sometimes, the same grace and understanding we would wholeheartedly extend to someone else in a difficult place, we need to learn to give ourselves.”

“We are not to ‘follow our heart’ as the world tells us to do. We are to lead our hearts according to what we know is right.”

Scarlet Grace

Help us, Lord, Your daughters, to see ourselves through Your eyes, to believe we are Your beloved, to know with all our hearts we are the ones whom Jesus loves-at all times, in every way, without condition and without limit.

As women of God, we often struggle to embrace our identity in Christ and to believe He says we are His new creation. While bound by past hurts, buried by present failures, and fearful of who we have or have not become, our vision can become clouded, making it difficult to see who we truly are.

In a fifty-two-week devotional, Jessica Stewart ushers women into the presence of their Savior to find, at the feet of Jesus, an inexhaustible source of strength, incomprehensible grace, unfathomable depths of love, and infinite forgiveness. Within inspirational messages and scriptures shared to encourage, comfort, and uplift no matter the season in life. Stewart leads Christian women on a journey within to saturate even the deepest wounds with the love, grace, and forgiveness of Christ.

Scarlet Grace is a fifty-two-week devotional that offers comfort reassurance, and strength for Christian women in their daily walks with the Lord.

  • Jessica Stewart earned a degree in Bible from Philadelphia Biblical University. While her education has benefited her in many way, much of her understanding and knowledge of God and His Word has resulted from her challenging experiences. Yet, from these difficult times, she has discovered a passion for speaking hope, encouragement, and compassion into the lives of other women through the great an precious promises of scripture.

  • Let us be intentional that our talk is our walk—that we are living out daily the faith and hope in Christ that we claim.

Help us, Lord, not to be bogged down by the weight we each carry but to continually cast our cares and our burdens on You—that your light in us would not be dimmed.

May Your light shine forth from our lives, blazing in radiance, that we may be better witnesses for You.

We are unable to truly live, know peace, and bear fruit in our lives when we aren’t connected to the Vine (John 15:1–5), when God is not the source from which we draw for all of our needs, when He isn’t the one and only source of true fulfillment and satisfaction in our hearts.

Be intentional about making the changes needed to reorganize and prioritize the people and things in your life where God is first, where He is at the center. Then the rest will start to fall into place.

We are not to “follow our heart” as the world tells us to do. We are to lead our hearts according to what we know is right.
